1. General Information
Olympic K9 Campus (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides dog training services, educational content, memberships, classes, workshops, and related canine services.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all website visitors, customers, and clients.
2. Training Disclaimer
Dog training results vary based on consistency, environment, owner participation, genetics, health, and follow-through outside of training sessions.
Olympic K9 Campus does not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes or training results.
Training success requires continued participation and consistency from the owner.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding their dog’s health and behavior
Maintain legally required vaccinations
Keep dogs leashed unless instructed otherwise by staff
Follow trainer instructions while on the premises
Supervise children at all times
Clean up after their dogs
Arrive on time for appointments and classes
We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog presents a safety concern beyond the scope of our services.
4. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any:
Aggression history
Bite history
Medical conditions
Behavioral concerns
Recent illnesses
Females in heat
Dogs showing signs of illness may not attend sessions or classes.
5. Payments & Memberships
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
Memberships and packages may include expiration dates, attendance requirements, or recurring billing terms.
Unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeited sessions or fees.
Emergency situations may be considered at our discretion.
7. Refund Policy
Services, memberships, deposits, workshops, and training packages are generally non-refundable once services have begun.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Assumption of Risk
Dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Dog bites
Scratches
Property damage
Injuries involving animals
By participating in services, clients voluntarily assume all associated risks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olympic K9 Campus and its owners, trainers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in services or from dog behavior before, during, or after training.
Clients remain responsible for their dogs at all times.
10. Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant permission for Olympic K9 Campus to use photos or videos of dogs and training sessions for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
11. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Misuse the website
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Copy website content without permission
Use the website for unlawful purposes
All website content remains the intellectual property of Olympic K9 Campus.
12. SMS Terms & Conditions
